Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 can corn
    1 small can English peas
    1 large potato, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onion in a small amount of oil.
    Remove onion from pan. Brown beef and pork.
    Drain off fat.
    Add all ingredients except peas and potatoes.
    Simmer for 45 minutes; then add potatoes. Simmer for another 30 minutes and add peas.
    Simmer for another 15 minutes.
    Total cooking time is 1 1/2 hours.
