Cheese Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 baking potatoes
6 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes until soft.
Cut a slice lengthwise across top of each potato.
Scoop out middle with a spoon.
Heat butter with milk, salt and pepper.
Beat into potatoes until fluffy.
Heap hot potato into shells.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
