"Good" Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew
    4 to 5 potatoes, diced
    6 carrots, cut up
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can green peas, drained
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Combine everything in a large baking dish.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 from 5 to 7 hours.
