Parmesan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
vegetable shortening
4 Tbsp. margarine
salt to taste
paprika
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Prepare grill to produce hot coals.
Rub potatoes with shortening.
Loosely wrap each potato in aluminum foil, fold edges to seal.
Place on grill and bake for about 1 hour or until tender, turning several times.
Loosen foil.
Cut a slit in top of each potato, checking for doneness.
Place 1 tablespoon margarine, salt, paprika and 1 tablespoon cheese in slit.
Yields 4 servings.
