Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 2/3 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour into a pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean in center (about 25 minutes). The outer rim may be a little soft. That is okay. Chill and slice.
