Italian Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. bow tie pasta
    1 can black olives
    1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 green pepper
    1 red onion
    8 fresh mushrooms
    8 oz. bottle vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
    Cook bow tie pasta as directed on package, then rinse with cold water.
    While pasta is cooking, coarsely chop green pepper and onion.
    Cut mushrooms into quarters and cube Mozzarella cheese into small chunks.
    In large mixing bowl, add cooked pasta, drained black olives, pepperoni, cheese and cut up vegetables.
    Pour vinaigrette dressing over salad and toss lightly.
    Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
    Serves 8 to 10.
