Donut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/3 c. shortening
2 c. mashed potatoes
6 eggs
4 c. milk, scalded
4 yeast, dissolved in warm water
Preparation
-
Scald milk and shortening.
Beat eggs; add sugar and potatoes, then add milk and shortening.
Let cool.
Add yeast, then flour, knead and roll.
