Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. corn oil
3 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat together the sugar and corn oil.
Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Add eggs and vanilla; fold in nuts and apples.
Pour in greased tube pans. Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
