Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. new Bisquick
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 c. uncooked potatoes, shredded finely and drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs with rotary beater until fluffy.
    Stir in milk, potatoes, Bisquick and salt.
    Melt shortening in large skillet. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into hot skillet.
    Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
    Yields approximately 18 pancakes.
