Children'S Favorite Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped fine
    2 red apples, cored and chunked
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins, soaked
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak raisins in 1/4 cup water for about 10 minutes.
    Drain raisins.
    Add cabbage, apples and walnuts.
    Spoon in 3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise and mix.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Adjust the amount of mayonnaise as needed.
