Zesty Glazed Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pork spareribs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    water
    1 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3 large cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large kettle or saucepot, place ribs, salt and pepper. Add water to cover.
    Over high heat, bring to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 45 minutes.
    Drain, discarding liquid.
