Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 roll jalapeno cheese
    1 small jar chopped pimento
Preparation
    Boil
    potatoes\t(salt
    to
    taste) until tender, but not overcooked.
    Slice potatoes in round slices.
    Place a layer in a 9
    x
    13-inch baking dish.\tSprinkle black pepper, paprika, bell pepper, onion and 1/2 jar chopped pimentos.
    Add a second layer.
