Lefsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. riced boiled potatoes
    1 c. melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Add margarine, sugar, salt and baking powder to cooled riced boiled potatoes.
    Cool completely.
    Add flour and mix thoroughly. Take a small amount of mixture and roll out on lightly floured pastry cloth until thin (use only enough flour to prevent sticking).
    Bake on a lefsa grill.
    Brown both sides.
