Glaze Ham Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orange liqueur
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    2 c. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium size bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
    Place ham, fatty side up, on rack set in shallow roasting pan in preheated oven for 1 hour.
    Spoon glaze over ham and bake 1 additional hour.
    Remove ham from pan.
    Pour off excess fat from pan.
    Pour 1 1/2
    cups water into pan. Place on top of stove and boil, scraping up particles. Strain and serve in gravy boat.
