Bill'S Fundido - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. green pepper
8 oz. mushrooms
1 c. onion
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Wash and cut pepper, mushrooms and onion in chunky pieces. Saute them in butter until cooked, approximately 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Put under broiler until cheese melts and begins to brown slightly.
May be eaten alone as appetizer or as filler for tortillas.
