Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Defrost broccoli in 1 cup boiling water.
While broccoli is defrosting, saute onions and celery in butter.
Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 soup can of milk.
After this is mixed, add Cheez Whiz.
When cheese is melted, mix broccoli, rice and sauce in casserole.
Bake in moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
This can be made ahead.
