Red Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lard
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chili powder
    1 can tomato puree
    1 c. water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt lard in skillet.
    Stir flour into lard.
    Add chili powder; stir.
    Stir in tomato puree, water, garlic and salt.
    Cook until bubbly.
