Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. sugar (you can cut this in half)
    2/3 c. shortening
    3 c. shredded zucchini
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    3 1/3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of two loaf pans or 9 x 13-inch or 3 small loaf pans.
    Mix sugar and shortening together; stir in zucchini, water and eggs.
    Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and baking powder; stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake until wooden pick comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
