Meatballs And Cabbage(The Quick Way For Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    garlic powder to taste
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    a few tsp. cold water or chicken broth
    2 onions, cut up
    oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar or more to taste
    raisins
    1 head cabbage
    1 1/2 regular size cans tomato soup
Preparation
    Drop head of cabbage in boiling water until wilted.
    Remove core and chop coarsely.
    Mix meat, rice, spices, ketchup and liquid.
    Roll into balls and brown in oil.
    Remove and saute onions.
    Layer cut up cabbage, meatballs and onions, ending with cabbage.
    Mix soup, sugar, raisins, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over meat.
    Cook approximately 2 hours.
