Welsh Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. chopped Cheddar cheese
1 c. beer or ale
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of salt
Preparation

With top chafing pan set in water jacket, melt butter.
Add cheese.
While it's melting, slowly add beer.
Add seasonings. Stir constantly with wooden spoon until mixture is blended and cheese is melted.
Serve at once on hot buttered toast.
Serves 6.
