Veggie Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. fresh vegetables (broccoli flowerets, cauliflowerets, 1/4-inch carrot slices, 1/2-inch zucchini slices and 1/2-inch green and red pepper strips)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Brush bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with about 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
