Bisquick Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. flour or 1/3 c. flour and 1/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites and set aside.
    Combine egg yolks, sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Mix flour and baking powder or flour and cocoa and baking powder.
    Put egg whites over egg yolks mixture.
    Sift flour mixture over egg whites.
    Fold under gently; don't stir.
    Put mixture on cookie sheet, lined with wax paper.
    Smooth even.
    Bake on top shelf in oven at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 7 minutes.
