Chicken Paprikas With Spaetzle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken (cut up fryer)
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Flour chicken; save rest of flour.
Cook chicken in hot oil, medium heat, until browned.
Remove chicken.
To oil in skillet, add rest of flour and onions.
Stir 2 minutes.
Add salt, paprika, pepper, water and bouillon.
Add chicken; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender.
