Mozzarella Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
    ketchup
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Pat out half into flat meat loaf shape.
    Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms across top.
    Shape other half of meat mixture and cover cheese and mushrooms.
    Seal sides and edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    Spread ketchup last 15 minutes of baking time.
