Beef Or Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef or venison strips
    Lawry's garlic and parsley mix
    lemon pepper
    coarse ground black pepper
    liquid smoke
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips.
    Use glass dishes for both marinating and cooking, no metal.
    Place meat in a single layer in pan and coat each side of the meat with the following:
    liquid smoke, salt to taste, Lawry's garlic and parsley mix (not too much), lemon pepper and coarse ground black pepper.
    Let the meat marinate at least 4 hours, overnight if possible.
    Drain off excess fluid before cooking and as it accumulates during cooking.
    Cook to desired taste in low oven (250\u00b0) for about 2 to 3 hours, or until it looks and tastes done.
