Chicken Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    small pkg. chopped walnuts
    4 Pita pocket breads
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put chicken breasts skin side up in lightly greased shallow baking pan.
    Add water.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dot with butter, cover with foil and bake until tender and cooked through.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool.
