Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. boiling salt water
    1 can celery or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Parboil celery until tender; drain. Combine with soup, milk and pecans; mix. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
