Coon Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 pkg. coon cheese
3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Melt coon cheese in double boiler.
Mix sausage with cheese. Add the biscuit mix.
Roll into about 60 small balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
(These can be frozen.
Put on a cookie sheet. Freeze and then put into a bag to cook later.)
