Liver With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thin sliced
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 lb. beef liver, thin sliced
    flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Lightly flour the liver, then salt and pepper to taste.
    Place liver in frypan over medium heat.
    Brown both sides.
    Do not overcook.
    Serve liver that is topped with cooked onions that are sauteed in the Wesson oil.
