Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
5 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. salt
2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Put in large bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly.
This will keep up to 6 weeks in refrigerator in a covered bowl.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
