Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
8 slices white bread
4 eggs
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper (to taste)
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown, crumble and drain sausage well. Grease and 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Place bread in dish bottom as a liner.
Sprinkle the cheese over bread, add sausage.
Mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
Pour mixture over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until eggs are set.
