Chestnut Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chestnuts
    6 medium onions
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil chestnuts for 10 minutes.
    While chestnuts are hot, remove shell and brown skin.
    Drop again in boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Drain.
