1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks
3 level Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugar, flour, juice and rind of lemon, egg yolks and milk.
Lastly, fold in egg whites.
Butter baking dish before putting pudding in it and stand dish in a pan of hot water to bake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
