Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. milk
2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. powdered mustard
Preparation
-
Mix together well first 10 ingredients.
Form into balls and place in casserole pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
