Speedy Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can salmon, drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    5 saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except butter. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. In a skillet, melt butter. Fry patties over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
