Baked Tuna And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. shortening
    6 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
    3 c .milk
    6 c. cooked medium noodles
    6 cans (7 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. diced pimento
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in shortening until tender.
    Blend in soup and milk.
    Add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour into four 1 1/2-quart casseroles.
    Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
    Makes 20 servings, 1 cup each.
