Cashew Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. poppy seeds
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 tsp. onion salt (optional)
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1/2 lb. baby Swiss cheese, diced
    3/4 c. cashews
Preparation
    Mix and shake vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, poppy seeds, dried mustard and onion salt.
    Pour over lettuce.
    Add cheese and cashews.
    Let set into container for 2 hours (in the refrigerator) to dissolve ingredients.
    Shake well before serving.
    Serves 10.
