Roasted Potatoes With Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 red skin potatoes, rinsed and cubed
    4 to 5 carrots, peeled and chunked
    2 red onions, peeled and quartered
    oil (vegetable)
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    rosemary
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Place potatoes, carrots and onions in a large baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper and rosemary.
    Pour a thin layer of oil over and mix. Bake in oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are golden brown.
