Cheesy Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    garlic powder
    paprika
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Cut potatoes into quarters and scoop out the potato leaving a 1/4-inch shell.
    Place skins in a baking pan and brush with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder, grated cheese and paprika.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until crisp.
    Top off with bacon bits.
