Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 eggs, well beaten
    4 slices bread, toasted
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar, flour and pineapple; mix in the eggs. Trim bread; cube and toast.
    Pour melted butter over cubed bread. Mix with pineapple mixture.
    Spray a 1-quart casserole and fill with mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
