Biscotte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. almonds (whole)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. honey
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add some of water, throw in whole almonds, add honey.
    Stir and add rest of water.
    Roll into logs; slice on bias 1/2-inch.
    Place on pan, cut side down, and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    They will flatten out as they bake.
