Oatmeal Rolls(Yields 160) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. 2 1/2 qt. bread flour
2 qt. oatmeal
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. salt
3 oz. dried eggs
3 c. instant milk
4 1/2 oz. yeast
1 lb. shortening
3 qt. water
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in mixer.
Mix 3 minutes.
Add shortening.
Mix 3 minutes on low speed.
Add 60\u00b0 to 70\u00b0 water. Mix on low until blended.
Mix on high 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Shape into rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
