Burgundy Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. country ribs
1/2 c. Burgundy wine
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Place ribs in large pot.
Add water to cover.
Add salt. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
Combine all remaining ingredients in separate pan.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain ribs and place in shallow baking dish.
Brush generously with wine baste mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, brushing often.
Turn ribs.
Baste and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
