Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
3 celery sticks, cut up
1/2 green pepper, cut up
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Salt cabbage.
Let sit 1 hour and rinse.
Add celery and green pepper to cabbage.
Boil remaining ingredients.
Cool.
Pour over cabbage and freeze.
