World'S Best Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cooked
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 pt. low-fat cottage cheese
    3/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    After potatoes are cool, grate them coarsely.
    Mix together margarine, soup, cottage cheese and onion.
    Put into flat casserole dish and top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
