Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon (pt.)
    2 slices white bread
    1 c. corn meal
    1/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Pour oil off salmon; remove bone.
    Crumble 2 slices bread and one egg.
    Mix with salmon until smooth.
    Sift meal and flour together.
    Press salmon mixture into patties, in meal mixture.
    Put oil in skillet; let get hot.
    Put salmon patties in; let brown, then turn until completely crispy brown.
    Lay on paper towel until drained.
    Serve.
