Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 taco shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 tomato
    1/2 c. lettuce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    taco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger meat in skillet until light brown. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.
    Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
    Simmer uncovered stirring occasionally until thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Spoon 1/4 cup hamburger mixture into each shell. Top with tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese.
