Polish Sausage And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
    tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    4 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing (no substitute)
    2 pkg. Eckrich sausage, sliced
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    rye crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Layer in baking dish in order listed.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until heated well.
