New Orleans Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
salt to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain well.
Slightly saute onion, garlic and green pepper in butter.
Add ground meat, tomato soup, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and 1/4 cup of cheese.
Mix cooked spaghetti in with the ground meat sauce.
Spoon into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 5 to 8.
