Spiced Honey-Mustard Brie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) round Brie cheese
1/4 c. spiced honey mustard
1/2 c. sliced almonds
red and green apples, cored and cut in wedges
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
Preparation

Remove rind from top of cheese to within 1/2 inch of edge. Place Brie in center of platter.
Spread honey mustard over top. Sprinkle with almonds.
Cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
Toss apple wedges in juice.
When ready to serve, pat dry and serve at once with cheese.
